We are excited to announce that Inês Trindade has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Aldelia Group. With over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and a multicultural background, Inês will oversee and manage all of Aldelia’s operations across the world.

Inês has been an invaluable team member for three years, having previously served as Group Human Capital Director and Regional Director of Operations in South Africa, Mozambique, and Angola. During her time in these positions, she developed the activities and led the teams to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Before joining Aldelia, Inês successfully managed regional Human Resources projects for prominent companies such as MAERSK Line and Elite International Careers.

Inês holds a Masters in Economics from the University of Cape Town. When she is not working to take Aldelia’s operations to new heights, Inês enjoys swimming, dancing and cooking.

Let us join together to congratulate Inês as she continues to support the organization as our COO.
