Our History

Aldelia was founded in 2005 by Cedric Filet, who has an extensive career in international recruitment and team management. It was initially a London based HR services agency focusing on recruitment firstly for the IT sector and secondly for the Oil & Gas sector at the European level.

Rapidly, Aldelia concentrated on supporting European multinationals expanding in Africa, Middle East and South America, in order to manage cross cultural problematics and to ensure that they were operating in compliance with specific local regulations.

Today, Aldelia is assisting its clients: blue chip multinationals and highly ambitious SMEs, in more than 30 countries worldwide, operating in various sectors: Oil & Gas, Construction, Tech & IT, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, etc.
