# Aldelia Group reaffirms commitment to the UN Global Compact

Aldelia Group, a leading global human resources company with an unparalleled presence in Africa, proudly announces its renewed participation in the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative. As a signatory of the Compact, Aldelia Group is committed to aligning its operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption, and taking action to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

Cedric Filet, CEO and Founder of Aldelia stated: “We are pleased to be participants of the UN Global Compact as this initiative is fully aligned with our purpose which is creating better futures for people by delivering compliant, world-class and innovative HR solutions. We strive to make a positive impact on the communities we serve, and to do so, doing business responsibly is not an option but a necessity. Launched in 2000 by the United Nations, the UN Global Compact is a voluntary initiative to encourage businesses and organisations to adopt sustainable and socially responsible policies and practices. It has more than 15,000 companies and 3,800 non-business participants in over 160 countries, including some of the world’s largest companies.
